Established in '84, Palliser Estate is widely considered the leader in sustainable and organic farming practices in Martinborough. We don't note their dedication to these methods through 'virtue signalling' but rather to acknowledge their sheer respect for the land. Viticulture extends across their 6 vineyards, planted to 72ha of pinot noir, chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, pinot gris, riesling and syrah. Their most important wines to note are the single vineyard expressions, Om Santi Chardonnay and Hua Nui Pinot Noir – markedly elegant wines with detail and power.
